We provide Apple mac computer test, repair and support service based in Liverpool, Merseyside, serving North West region and throughout the UK. The annual contract will be covered by following services:
Free Diagnostic ServiceWe offer an out of warranty diagnostic service on all Apple computers. For this service, we diagnose the fault, resolve and repair the issue. All repair parts and service will be included, therefore, there is no additional cost for you.
No need to make an appointment, just give us a callYou do not need to book an appointment for a repair service. When you have questions or any problem with your office Apple computers, you can either give us a call by phone or call in person to our workshop during office hours as detailed.
Priority ServiceIf you need your Apple Mac computer urgently, your annual contract is covered this priority service, which means we will return you machine within 1-2 working days (units will be assessed in 24 hours and repaired subject to parts availability).
Backup and file transfer servicesWe understand that it is vital for your businees not losing important data. The backup service provides you with a backup of your exsiting data to your own external hard dirve or DVD disk. We can also transfer your data from an existing machine to your new Mac.

CarriageCustomer will be responsible for all carriage costs (including insurance). Please have your company name or account number ready when you contact us.
Where to post my item?Please include your company name (or account number), return address label and postage for returning your item. You can find where to post your item on contact us page.
Can I check my repair status?Oh, yes. Once you have decided to resolve and repair the issue, we will email you with a repair ID, you can track your item at repair status page.
