Apple Mac Repair Service
Our Apple technicians are fully qualified and certificated by Apple. We provide in and out of warranty for all Apple Mac repair and support service based in Liverpool, Merseyside, serving North West region and throughout the UK.
Diagnostic ServiceWe offer an out of warranty diagnostic service on all Apple computers. For this service, we diagnose the fault and report the issue to you. You can decide whether you want go ahead to resolve and repair the issue.
Diagnostic feeThere is a charge of £35 (incl. VAT) for this diagnostic service. This fee is refundable if you go ahead and have the repair done by us. If the repair is not accepted then the £35 (incl. VAT) diagnostic fee is payable on collection of the faulty item.
No need to make an appointment, just drop in or give us a callYou do not need to book an appointment and repairs can often be completed same day (repaired subject to parts availability). When you have questions or any problem with your Apple computer, you can either give us a call by phone or call in person to our workshop during office hours as detailed.
Backup serviceThe backup service provides you with a backup of your exsiting data to your own external hard dirve or DVD disk. We can also transfer your data from an existing machine to your new Mac. We charge £75 (incl. VAT) for this service.
Our guarantee and warranty coverageOur techicians are fully qualified and certified by Apple, we are required to meet Apple's high standards at all times with regard to service levels. In servicing your product, we will ensure that any repair done by us will be performed in a workmanlike manner. We only use original repair parts from Apple. A replacement product or part, including a userinstallable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Apple, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. CarriageCustomer will be responsible for all carriage costs (including insurance) whether a repair has been carried out or not. Please do contact us before you dispatch any item.
Where to post my item?Please include your name, return address label and postage for returning your item. You can find where to post your item on contact us page.
Can I check my repair status?Oh, yes. Once you have decided to resolve and repair the issue, we will email you with a repair ID, you can track your item at repair status page.
