Apple Mac Repair - Diagnostic feeThere is a charge of £35 (ex. VAT) for this diagnostic service. This fee is refundable if you go ahead and have the repair done by us. If the repair is not accepted then the diagnostic fee is payable on collection of the faulty item.
No need to make an appointment, just drop in or give us a callAt Apple Mac Repair Service, you do not need to book an appointment and repairs can often be completed same day (repaired subject to parts availability). When you have questions or any problem with your Apple computer, you can either give us a call by phone or call in person to our workshop during office hours as detailed.
Our guarantee and warranty coverageAt Apple Mac Repair Service, all the Apple Mac repairs are under taken by our Apple Macintosh Certified Technicians, these technicians are fully trained and certified by Apple. We are required to meet Apple's high standards at all times with regard to service levels. In servicing your product, we will ensure that any repair done by us will be performed in a workmanlike manner. We only use original repair parts from Apple. A replacement product or part, including a userinstallable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Apple, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. Mail-in repair serviceIf you are outside of Liverpool area, and you wish to use our Mail-in repair service. You will be responsible for all carriage costs (including insurance) whether a repair has been carried out or not. If you require any further information, please feel free to contact us before you dispatch any item.
