You can create your own Mail-in Repair Service, describe any fault as clear as possible. Please follow our shopping cart checkout procedure. Once you reach payment page, please choose "For Repair Service Only". The system will generate a repair ID for you. Enclose a copy of repair receipt with the item.

Once you have created a repair, you can dispatch or carry-in any faulty item to our office, our address can be found on contact us page.
