We provide in and out of warranty for Apple iBook, MacBook 13-inch, MacBook 13-inch Aluminum repairs, including LCD panel, logic board replacement. If you want to enhance your MacBook's performance, we also provide upgrade memory, hard drive or operating system service for your MacBook. Our Apple Mac Repair Service based in Liverpool, Merseyside, serving North West region and throughout the UK.

Diagnostic Service

We offer an out of warranty diagnostic service on all MacBook, iBook and MacBook Pro. For this service, we diagnose the fault and report the issue to you. You can decide whether you want go ahead to resolve and repair the issue.

Diagnostic fee

There is a charge of £35 (incl. VAT) for this diagnostic service. This fee is refundable if you go ahead and have the repair done by us. If the repair is not accepted then the £35 (incl. VAT) diagnostic fee is payable on collection of the faulty item.

No need to make an appointment, same day repair

If you need Apple MacBook repair, iBook repair or MacBook Pro repair, you do not need to book an appointment and repairs can often be completed same day (repaired subject to parts availability). Our Apple certified techicians can diagnose the fault of all Apple MacBook, help you with any problems you may have. We are able to replace any damged parts, such as hard drive, logic board, LCD panel, optical drive, memory and other parts. When you need your MacBook, MacBook Pro or iBook repair, you can either give us a call by phone or call in person to our workshop during office hours as detailed.

Hourly Rates

Our workshop charges are £70 (inc. VAT) for fitting, this will not include parts.

Backup service

The backup service provides you with a backup of your exsiting data to your own external hard dirve or DVD disk. We can also transfer your data from an existing machine to your new MacBook. We charge £75 (inc. VAT) for this service.
