Our Apple technicians are fully qualified and certificated by Apple. We provide in and out of warranty for Apple PowerBook repair service, our Apple certified technicians are able to replace faulty parts, upgrade memory, Airport Extreme wirless card and hard drive for your PowerBook. We are based in Liverpool, Merseyside, serving North West region and throughout the UK.

Diagnostic Service

We offer an out of warranty diagnostic service on your PowerBook and all Apple computers. For this service, we diagnose the fault and report the issue to you. You can decide whether you want go ahead to resolve and repair the issue.

Diagnostic fee

There is a charge of £35 (incl. VAT) for this diagnostic service. This fee is refundable if you go ahead and have the repair done by us. If the repair is not accepted then the £35 (incl. VAT) diagnostic fee is payable on collection of the faulty item.

No need to make an appointment, same day repair

For Apple PowerBook repair service, you do not need to book an appointment and repairs can often be completed same day (repaired subject to parts availability). AMRS provides all PowerBook and Apple Mac repair service. Our Apple certified techicians can diagnose the fault of all PowerBook series and Apple Mac, help you with any problems you may have. Our Apple certified technicians are able to replace any damged parts, such as hard drive, logic board, LCD panel, optical drive, memory and other parts. We are always here to help you, when you have questions or any problem with your Powerbook or Apple Mac, you can either give us a call by phone or call in person to our workshop during office hours as detailed.

Hourly Rates

Our workshop charges are £70 (inc. VAT) for fitting, this will not include parts.

Backup service

If you need to backup entire data from your PowerBook or Apple Mac computers. Our Apple Mac backup service provides you with a backup of your exsiting data to your own external hard dirve or DVD disk. We can also transfer your data from an existing machine to your new Mac. For the PowerBook backup service, we charge £75 (inc. VAT) for this service.
