"Self Service" offers a convenient way of ordering parts for your Apple Mac products. It is designed for businesses and end users that want their Apple compouters repaired quickly. Simply choose the parts you need on the left navigation menu, and then either mail-in or bring your Apple computers to our workshop. Our workshop address can be found on the contact us page. Repairs can normally be done same day. You choose the repair parts and we do the rest!

How this works?
- Choose repair part and make payment.
- Pack your defective Apple Mac and send it to us. If you don't have suitable packing materials, let us know. We can arrange that for you.
- Book it online, click on Mail-in Repairs on the left navigation menu, we will create a return label and arrange UPS to collect item from your address.
- Item will be returned within 2 working days on the date we receive your item.

Getting the right parts
All part descriptions will guide you where to use. If you are not sure, you can always contact us with product serial number, we will check the compatibility for you. Product serial number can normally be found on the back of iPod. For the Apple laptop, normally under battery, for the PowerMac or Mac Pro, normally shows on the rear of enclosure or inside side door.
Service warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on repair service. This means that if within 90 days of service, a defect arises in the service parts used, we will service your product again at no charge. You may have longer warranty coverage if your product is still covered under its original warranty or an extended service contract. Warranty check
You can now check your Apple products to see whether product is in or out of warranty. Provide your serial number and the conuntry in which you are located, and we will give you warranty information and repair options for your Apple products. Click on Warranty check to find out more.
