Payment and CreditsAll invoiced sums shall be paid in full in pounds sterling without deduction or set off and in cleared funds within thirty days following the date of invoice of the relevant products. Amount overdue shall attract an additional interest charge at the rate of interest (computed daily for each day that payment is late) of 24 % per annual which shall be payable by you in addition.
You may pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer, personal cheque or post order (provided that the funds are cleared within 30 days of the invoice date). If you are paying by credit card, you must supply your credit card details when you place your order. Your credit card will be charged when we issue your invoice for the products.
At our option, shipments may be made on such credit terms as we decide to extend to you at the time an order is accepted. We reserve the right, upon written notice to you, to declare all sums immediately due and payable in the event of a breach by you of any of your obligations to us, including failure by you to comply with the credit terms. Circumstances outside our control can affect our ability to supply certain items. If this is the case a full refund will be issued. 5. Cancellation by usWe reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
We do not deliver to your area or, one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error or change in the pricing information.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail or by letter and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
