In order to service your Mac, Find My Mac will need to be temporarily turned off (subject to 2018 model or newer). To do so, you must know your Apple ID and Password. This is Apple’s policy to prevent unauthorised persons from servicing your device without your knowledge. If you don’t remember your Apple ID and Password, please go to iForgot to reset it.

If your Mac is more than 5 years old, we may not be able to obtain new repair parts, therefore, refurbished parts will be used for the repair, please click here check the list of Mac products no longer support by Apple.

We don’t repair AirPods, iPhone, iPad, iPod or Apple Watch, please contact Apple Store Liverpool One or your nearest Apple Store. iPhone, iPad, iPod and Apple Watch repairs are only officially done by Apple or Apple Authorised Service Provider.
