Book an Appointment

Before you start to book an appointment, it will be helpful if you could contact us by email to obtain a quote for the repair. On acceptance of our quote and email confirmation from you, please then proceed to book an appointment on our system.

In order to service your Mac, Find My Mac will need to be temporarily turned off (subject to 2018 model or newer). To do so, you must know your Apple ID and Password. This is Apple’s policy to prevent unauthorised persons from servicing your device without your knowledge. If you don’t remember your Apple ID and Password, please go to iForgot to reset it.

If your Mac is more than 5 years old, as Apple no longer provide new service parts, therefore, repair of your Apple product will be using new (subject to availability) or previous used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

We don’t repair AirPods, iPad, iPod or Apple Watch, please contact Apple Store Liverpool One or your nearest Apple Store. iPad, iPod and Apple Watch repairs are only officially done by Apple or Apple Authorised Service Provider.
